The material and intellectual consequences of collecting antiquities

David Gill (University of Wales Swansea) and Christopher Chippindale (University of Cambridge) have been researching the impact of the antiquities market on the archaeological record. As part of the project they have identified a number of intellectual consquences of the looting process.
